Just look at EV history. He has been sued many times for fraud and settled out of court. One case is for 500k$ but EV never paid up. He also had arts revoked by sec for fraud. He has been involved with joe Blumenthal a banned penny stock investor by sec who still invests in EV. So many crooks surround EV not just himself. You will lose all your money just like Enrique Pena and others did in 2013. My loi interestingly says I can take prpm in legal language I was advised I believe if I am correct which I'm not 100% on. Monday I will chat with my legal team to foreclose on prpm and take the company as restitution from EV.
