Wrong! Current Shares Structure: LGTT ever done a R/S on 07/21/2010 (which is over Five months later than 02/16/2010 which was the day to report 3B shares OS) to reduce the OS to mere a couple of millions shares! Since then the company ever diluted the OS heavily from late 2010 to early 2011. Then the dilution was stopped due to no longer filing and no more buyers (the ask crashed to 0.0001 for long time)!
So current OS should be around 1B (Not Pre-R/S 3B) shares of which only less than 400M shares of FIXED Tiny float available for trading which can be verified by its historic chart below because the Maximal-Trading-Volume was only 469,695,199 shares! Considering many floating shares were flipped on 01/26/2021 the Real float traded on that day is estimated at only 235M ~ 375M shares!
If we compare most recent trading volumes between LGTT and its 0.0001-Bottom peer TONR then we know how low current float and OS of LGTT are now! TONR has 681M shares Small OS and 2B shares Low AS but it had 1B (which is much much larger than Entire OS) shares of Maximal-Trading-Volume from the second chart below while LGTT only has 0.4B shares of Maximal-Trading-Volume from the first chart below!
True, LGTT did not move up to 0.0006. The reason is because some impatient flippers or weak hands still sold millions shares at 0.0004 even after nearly 20M shares bought at 0.0005! In fact the bid was up to 0.0005 while the ask was up to 0.0006 for a while! However someone whacked the 0.0005 bid down to 0.0004 again! So we just need more time to get rid of remaining 0.0004 sellers before LGTT breaks up 0.0006...
