Didn't he screw the shareholders by signing that GGI financing deal? Read, ANYWHERE YOU GO, it will tell you what toxic financing does to a stock. He and "chip" knew what they were doing when they signed that deal, and in turn screwed the shareholders. And that's certainly not caring!
Good post! Basher's manual devotes several chapters to "dilution" and "poor management" as good subjects both to frighten away potential investors as well as to cause the easily swayed investor to sell his/her shares.
It doesn't matter if management is stellar and adheres to every measurement of quality in the mamagement book, it's still to be criticized ad infinitum.
