as you say it is a smart defense, with the death of using personalized cookies, the info resource market , is going to have to act quickly to keep their customers. two choices, lose customers to swarm and its A.I, or aquire clwd. i have stated before, this is a win, win for clwd, it will draw new customers or be bought for its technowledgy. most of you know me simply as the guy who says the force is with us, hehe, simply put, i think Detached statements are more concise and to the point compared to what i would say. I do know what i own, do my own dd, have no problem, contacting the C.E.O., or listening to others more knowledgable, so have no problem staying right here. the force is with us.

Hi Detached,

I appreciate all the digging and work you do and also your knowledge base.

As i have said many times before , i am here for the long haul and if an investor can invest millions here well then i can follow suit with my paltry amounts. I have absolutely no doubt that when things start revving up for AI and SWARM we will all be pleasantly surprised by the results

so patiently waiting for the next big climb

How can the CEO unilaterally decide to use a tactic like this to take voting power away from the shareholders to take controlling voting interest in the company? Doesn't the issuance of these new types of shares, done for this purpose, require a vote of the common share shareholders?

Also, I've seen posts that indicate that the institutional shareholder may be able to renegotiate the purchase share price, now that it has gone lower than their purchase price for the $10 million investment. How can that be legal? There should be no guarantee that the institutional shareholder can't lose money on their investment.
