That is 100% correct. SBC is running all of this now and deciding what info is shared, and when. JT now just serves as a middle man, sitting by the phone and waiting for instructions. SBC's position is most likely "let the deals speak for themselves. You wanna sell, sell, you wanna buy, buy, we don't care, we know what we're doing."

JT Probably needs approval to let that be known. They are still negotiating and won't be out till completed I would imagine. All he can do is sit and watch.
