Auditors are like lawyers, they will bill you even if they don't complete anything. Then when you change auditors or lawyers, they will bill you for the stuff completed and reviewed by the prior auditors and lawyers.
Now it could be that NPHC has new Auditors and they are thoroughly going thru everything. Also when your a real business in the OTC with sales, Auditing is going to take longer.
