Why would there be a link that they sold? They went dark on reporting and are no longer required to file form 4's
And Matt even sold a chunk of shares since the form 4 you linked as he had 7.5M as of 2015 per the 10k
But of course they would have sold, they would be dumb not to, why the hell would they be holding shares after the volume and run this had after being dormant for so long, free money.
And having shares and being a beneficial owner has nothing to do with involvement in the company, they still would have zero control or voting power.
