$38 BILLION (with a "B") was raised by pre-revenue companies last year.

That may be a reason for even considering the move.

Looks like KBLB even has a leg up on them. Or maybe 8? :-)

The idea that you need to make money to uplist, or to be on the NASDAQ is wrong. I have pointed out many times that there are biotech companies with multi-billion dollar market caps, that have yet to make dollar one. So why is it a good one?
