I left a message a couple of weeks ago and received a call back from the CEO that same evening. Very nice guy.

Okay so email and phone call sent out to Hermann Burkhardt, CEO of PUGE Technologies. Spoke directly on the phone with him briefly confirming upcoming May 15th Q & A in Puerto Rico regarding the current status of PUGE.

He sounded confident and hopeful, always a good sign, but said he was in a big meeting and could not go into more details.

I will wait for the email and follow up with a phone call later this week concerning questions regarding SPAC's and BDC status or any Health and Climate orgs we might be affiliated with in moving forward.

Also, I'm curious about lenders/private equity investors we might be utilizing.

I like this company and will continue to invest in this stock until I feel any major red flags culminating.
