Can't say I get the appeal on HRTH. Obviously a large tax benefit in Q4. But without that? Q4 operating loss of ($368,000) vs. Q4 operating income of $422,000 in the prior year. Q4 revenues down 10% vs. prior year Q4.
Considering the stock has zoomed from the $1's to the $4's in recent months, I don't think the Q4 numbers look good at all. Q4 their seasonally strong quarter too. Yet revenues declined sequentially from Q3 to Q4. And they swung from an operating profit in Q3 to an operating loss in Q4.
Even backing out the restructuring charges, they still had a sizable Q4 loss pretax. And I don't know if you can consider those 1-times, as they seem to have restructuring charges every quarter.
Balance sheet looks awful, with a huge negative tangible book. They'll probably need to do a share offering to clean that up.
