SMH all it does is allow DTC to force short covering on a daily basis. MM and hedge funds will be required to pay a margin fee now to cover the shorted shares just like retail in OTC has done all along

LOL!! And that’s wrong again, Rule 4210, it won’t impact OTC trading since there’s already a maintenance margin requirement. RME
