Look at it this way… If a company had an effective internal sales team where they were keeping all the profits from the sales in-house, why would that company sign up an external salesforce where they’re probably giving up 30% to 40% of the top line. Just doesn’t make sense if you have an internal sales teams that’s functioning properly. T
