Wow...it makes me feel good to finally see this happen. I seem to remember some nut job on RB continuously pointing out the lack of insider buying. What will he/she/it (I cant recall) say now?
Sorry trend, I think you goofed. This is not a 60 day insider transaction window (ie recent purchases). The numbers are listed are the TOTAL holdings of management personnel, most of which we know were acquired as option grants.
Which insider(s) has/have warrants to purchase 500,000 shares? The last footnote sums up all of the exercisable options listed in the previous footnotes, but also includes warrants that aren't mentioned in any of them. Is this an oversight?
(7) Includes options exercisable within 60 days to purchase 1,287,500 shares and warrants to purchase 500,000 shares. Excludes unvested options to purchase 912,500 shares.
