Well Delaware voided them. I know it's not hard to reinstate in Nevada, not sure what Delaware wants. It looks like they want $200,000 in this case probably based on the par value of the stock.
I'm not saying it won't happen. This dead stock actually has more prospects of someday coming alive. I didn't find any other judgments or anything on it so maybe some day, maybe some way...
