HEY!...do you think that this new rule is being applied because of what is happening with GME and AMC and a couple of other stocks....or was that rule in the works already?

New SEC rule that takes effect 2 days from now on March 19 will hit the market makers naked shorting in the shorts.

They will be required to tally up daily.
