I told you what I think on this board many times, haven't changed. SP and MP are totally separate with their own set of pros and cons. TMDI's IP portfolio is a MUST for MDT. They can't take on ISRG without it. It's up to you to determine if you want to be in TMDI or not. Again, my strategy hasn't changed once since my first buy in 2014.
