That's the most $ITUP ruling ever!

(ITUP) cannot be termed as an "aggrieved party" to file an appeal... the bench said.

The appellate tribunal noted that Interups was a "stranger" to the insolvency resolution process till June 11, 2020. ... nearly one year after the Committee of Creditor (CoC) gave its approval for the resolution plan.

Nice find...BTW here's a picture of the ACCIL factory ..it's huge...It probably is worth more than our market cap right now...& another article on the CEO of another steel saying the market demand is spiking up too (below it)...One thing great about having the reputation of having money (10.5 b) for deals is ITUP will (IMHO) have no problem finding good/great deals there in India right now after this pandemic..so hopefully on to the next pitch (deal) it will be nice & slow and right down the middle of the plate, so LP can hit a monster homerun:)
