I been saying this for over a month now. This company had everything ready and in place and Trump started halting and banning mergers/ acquisitions with China companies. Thats is why in my opinion the tweets and the Chinese news mentioned someone saying "Our American Company NOHO"...they seem proud to have snagged NOHO "American Stock Exchange Ticker" before all these rules and restrictions came into play with international companies trying to get on the American Stock Exchange. They know trying to get another ticker will be a extremely long stressful process and know that NOHO ticker of theirs allow them to merge one of their Chinese companies swiftly.
