Yes, that would be my point. A custodian is doing some filing somewhere. Just have to watch for it.

Stock must still be registered, but as far as I know the company went out of business. If someone knows different I would love to hear. SPDC & MRDH are similar. Stocks still trade but no rev filings, etc.
