To be truthful, I don't know if they've gotten out from under them or not. Only by going back through a year's worth of pr's by the company would shed light on that. They would have certainly said if they had. You could find out quickly by going to Cornell's website and see if they still list Smartire as one of their clients. Once you see their list of clients, you could examine the boards of those companies on Ihub and see what the general feeling is about them. They like being paid in stock for their financial help, but the stock payments turn out most often to be unrestricted and sellable at their whim. I don't know how they stay in business with their shark reputation. I've been out of smtr for a little over a year, but I still keep my eye on the Ihub board for news, because I like their products. I'll get back in when I can skim some profit somewhere else, but I won't go in big. I'm still recovering from the sljb fiasco.
