Should they get some money PM could keep right on selling HCMC product, lets not kid ourselves here, HCMC will win the settlement thats the way it should end up??...royalties would be very awsome but i don't see PM going that way, i think they would buy the company out right and they do have the money for that.
I would not mind seeing a pm use there stock to buy out HCMC or maybe a cash and stock deal would work, we know pm hired that top natch M&A guy few months back was in the 8k filing.
But we sit day after day watching billions of shares being sold at record pace, somebody knows something to buy 10 million block shares on the order desk. Hold your shares and wait, one morning we will wake up either a settement is done or the company is sold, one of those two things will happen or they will go to court and we all know how that will end HCMC Winning per the jury!!!!
