IMO, there gas been enough share swapping to satisfy MM who choose to play along, while separating thrm from those who do not.
The "engineer" has had sufficient time to have vested into a reduced tax liability.
I suspected March would reveal a filing.
We haven't seen anything yet, and although OTCM is burdened with filers, March isn't yet over.
