Encore Energy Inc. is a privately owned oil and natural gas exploration company with operations in Oklahoma.

There's a difference between a private company and a public one.

Also, the name should have been a dead giveaway that the company you have in the iBox is NOT ENCS, since the name is not the same.

There's a difference between "Inc" and "Systems".

This is a working website, however, says they are a private company.. Maybe there is a chance they got caught up in a SEC investigation and have been giving an ultimatum. Clean it up or else??? Always IMHO
