Buyer Beware. OTC Markets Group has determined that there is a public interest concern associated with the company, which may include a spam campaign, questionable stock promotion, known investigation of fraudulent activity committed by the company or insiders, regulatory suspensions, or disruptive corporate actions.
So this designation was slapped on CCTL for a reason. Question is, which one of these reasons was applicable? Seems they are saying there is some form of fraud involved here.
CE does not get applied to a stock unless there is good reason.
Unless this was a mistake, there will be a MASSIVE SELL-OFF Monday morning. Gap down and going way back into the trips. This won't be a dip, this will be a complete wipe out.
Sad.
