Two terabytes of discovery? LMFAO.

I realized defense counsel present on the call didn't react when this was mentioned, which tells me they either realized it earlier when the Government asked them to send an additional drive, or they don't comprehend the sheer amount of data drives those size will hold.

Roughly 1,000 hours of HD video, 2,500 filing cabinets full of paper files, five years of audio recordings - it's immense. And that's the DOJ discovery on Foley and his antics - much of it mentioned as gathering sometime during his last BOP stint.

Me thinks FatFedFoley is going down bigly on this one.

That should certainly bolster the defense's case.

Not!

Dave:

Cuppla thangs:

1. I'm shure you were lissening to DaCall as was Bennie, even though you were formally excused I'm shure your little Coyote brain wanted - had to - lissen in. For Bennie, he might have had too much anxiety even to have lissened in. We unnerstann.

2. Make shure crackerjack CJA Nishay DOESN'T accidently send the USA office one of the external hard drives with the bootlegged Paramount lieberry videos on it!!! That wood be a disaster. Worse if he sends them a large box fulla the USB fobs you stole from GLOBAL VR. Or a hard drive with any of your deviant coyote-porn onit. And why is Nishay sending hard drives thru the US Postal Service? The USA's office is in the Dirksen Federal Building, Fifth Floor. Can't he walk over or have a messenger deliver it? And what's this 'ordering a hard drive' sheet - Shirley he can find a one terabyte hard drive at any of a dozen shoppes in DaLoop to buy immediately. Is there some special crackerjack CJA lawyah rool that he has to buy from a special mail-order shop on a GSA-approved vendor list in order to get reimbursed for a $70 external hard drive?

3. Wow, that's a shit-ton of prison emails and recorded phone calls from Taft. Dood, you were waaaaaaay dumb, Coyote. And I had you WARNED early on! Damm, Coyote, you dumb!

4. As usual, discovery never goes as fast as expected by the parties. This pushes everything else back by four weeks - even though no trial date has been scheduled yett. Look at the brite side, Coyote - four more weeks of freedom!!! A freebie!

5. Judge Seeger is new at his yobb and still learning obviously having to axe counsels about criminole pre-trial subpoena practice and rools - his own local rools. He will learn and he has the korreck attitude of axing when he doesn't know sumpin - which is the right way to fly. He may turn ~OUTT to be a good Federal District court judge as he acquires more 'spearients with time.

6. As we are clearly still in very early daze, there is no benefit to BGhaus BENNIE copping a plea deal until MADDEN getts all the guvmint materials and has an idea of how best to negotiate a deal in view of the produced evidence. So BENNIE won't have to plea doubt for a few/several munffs to gett his best deal terms.

7. I am leaning to the opinion that there will knott be a superseding indictment in THIS case, and that there will indeed be a separate case brought by the SF USA office (and the IRS) in N.D. Cal. later this year or very early next year, before they start to bump up against any SOL dates re: NTEK matters and tacks. Take note today of the mention of tacks records. So, Coyote, while I'll see ya in Chicago, sounds to me like I'll then also later be seeing you in Sanna Zaye or SF.

8. See #7.

9. I'm going back to bedd after firing off a few bizziness emails. Your Coyote hearing hours are too early Wess Coassed time.

10. Beaumont-Medium. Where you go when you've been scamming from DaHole using phones, emails, and visitations to scam. Bye!
