HESG - Why would anyone claim that a website that is for sale is not a dead link?

hesciencesgroup.com is their now "dead" website that WAS their website. HESG's former website URL was NOT healthsciencesgroup.com

That’s to a dead link. Why would I ever want access to a dead link?
