There is a difference between Class A and Class B shares. The open market trades Class A. Class B does not affect the O/S in the way you are thinking. I could be wrong, if I am please tell me, but EVERYTHING that I have read says the same thing. I was very confused at first until I figured out what their issuing of Class B shares actually meant.

Seeking Alpha isn't exactly a stellar resource to go by in my opinion.

What a SLAP IN THE FACE to shareholders! 109M to 339M
And Seeking Alpha has it at 460M (or whatever)

$AMC still mirroring $GME and will continue to do so until the tank is empty. Seeking Alpha has a lot of mix, some good, some not so good, some really bad.

March 19th approaches..... DTCC rules...... not good for those who have to cover.... just saying.....
