There is a difference between Class A and Class B shares. The open market trades Class A. Class B does not affect the O/S in the way you are thinking. I could be wrong, if I am please tell me, but EVERYTHING that I have read says the same thing. I was very confused at first until I figured out what their issuing of Class B shares actually meant.
Seeking Alpha isn't exactly a stellar resource to go by in my opinion.
