What If????? What if the company completed the buyback and are holding enough certs to lower the OS to the 152Mil AS..... What if.... That would be nice. But that leaves us with why havent they retired them yet.... maybe its delayed due to the change in the company president.

I know it's a long shot but its a nice thought
