Shareholders of record is the list of shareholders listed by the TA. Those shareholders are not in brokerages. There can be thousands of shareholders, and probably are, but ONLY THE ONES with their NAME ON THE SHARES at the TA are counted as shareholders of record. This is essentially meaningless except that to uplist, there must be a certain number of shareholders of record. NONE of us in brokerages are included.
