After I noticed they did that I did some research on why and it looks like they do it two ways. Reverse split ( this did not happen) or buy backs. They can do this with both the outstanding shares as well as the public float. Apparently, that’s what they did... same day the public float decreased was the same day the outstanding shares increased. The outstanding went from 26 to 27 million. It looks like they want to decrease the public float and when they do this it is very good for investors unlike the reverse split! Go Red Cat!!!! ***I am not an expert, I’m just sharing. Do your own research.
