Those people are excluded from the study anyway, so your question is moot:
It's not moot. A staggeringly high percentage of people in the study (far more than 1/1000) become the people in the exclusion criteria over the course of a few days without a good therapeutic. Brilacidin, if effective, will be used to treat mod-severe-critical patients in actual hospitals.
