Yes at one point it was a scam. Everyone knows this! It’s all over the top of this page. But now it’s changed hands, and is moving into a real business, not a scam. They are Just starting the process of building the new business, so just be patient. They will have news out soon about the path forward( not backwards like you keep promoting). They most likely will do a RS sometime in the future, but don’t believe it will be anything like the ones in the past. 1:10, 1:20, or 1:50 at most. It’s a new company with old ticker at this point. Not a scam moving forward.
