And you don’t see the harm the SEC is inflicting on shareholders? You obviously are observant to the obvious. You tell me one good thing good is the outcome of these arc susspensions are doing positive... immonly asking you to name one. I can list over a dozen negatives what these suspensions do to thevretail investor... these suspensions do way way more harm than good... the good they do isn’t measurable... but the monetary losses by retail investors are well into the millions of dollars. These suspensions might save a handful of naive investors from
Investing into a non reporting company... butbthecsec cant put a number on how many people they helped with these suspensions... maybe these suspensions didn’t help anyone at all.... except naked short sellers who now never ever have to cover their short position. These suspensions do way more harm than good. And if the sec can’t see that than the sec is blinded by their own corruption
