Since the A/S were probably maxed out, the investors would have seen a R/S and been wiped out anyway.
They also were 19 months delinquent in their filings as the last one was filed on 07/31/2019. They would have had to become current by September 30, 2021 or they would not be able to be listed.
They are in default in Nevada and would be facing revokation.
