That is incorrect as well.

The contractual amount for the shoot packs was about $100K. It was stated in the original PR posted by KBLB themselves. Anyone can see it here:

"Under the fully funded base effort, valued at $99,962, the Company will deliver ballistic shoot packs constructed from its proprietary Dragon Silk™ material for performance testing."
