That has no relevance at all to this stock. That ticker was not a dark defunct shell. Up-listing to NASDAQ has nothing at all to do with this pile of shit dark defunct Canadian shell. The F at the end of the ticker indicates it trades outside of the US. In this case in Canada. A Canadian shell cannot be taken over by way of US custodian process. It MUST go through the Canadian Court System.
Like I said this is not a custodian play as being falsely claimed. Also there is 0 proof of billions in Naked shorts as claimed.
I also failed to mention that it is a FACT that BMSPF registered a United States' subsidiary for the reason that their operating business will be in the United States!
