I went over your post,

You say you think the R/S will accure this friday after hours.
What makes you think that?
As i do not think a R/S will accure any time soon and it is not a must.

You use the Word "hummer". I understand that by saying so you think the PPS will go down hard.
Could this stage ( RS) have a positive affect on the pps as the company says they'll do an uplist not a downlist that is negative..

P.S You say that you are not telling us if you are about to sell/buy shares today- Friday. I wish you good luck...I am not selling my X.X M shares before they are 4$ pps pre re- split or 20-25$ post re split...imo

I hope Kim DOES announce the reverse split after hours on Friday. None of us know whether he will or won’t. The sooner, the better. Once he does, he’ll likely release another positive PR to bolster the share price (as there are knuckleheads who still believe an RS is a bad thing for KBLB). Hopefully uplisting to NASDAQ will follow shortly thereafter (though I have no idea how long that could take). Once on NASDAQ I believe he’ll release a much more substantive PR regarding production and/or name any new clients with whom he’s signed contracts. This would give all the new eyes something to salivate over and leave any OTC bad blood and day traders behind with serious money upping the share price dramatically and sustainably. All speculation, but seems a logical path to take for Kim given recent activities. Fingers crossed.
