SNAFU? If the shares that existed in PDVP (lets say 70M below estimates in IBox) were traded in a similar manner as GVRP one would have seen a share volume of approximately 3 times the shares sold into the market trade (138K but total volume was around 500K - remember OS was 11 shares, yes ELEVEN and float was ONE share)...
So the volume for PDVP (to equate to GVRP) would need to be about:
3 * 70,000,000 * 12,500 or about 2,625,000,000,000 shares
Is that 2.625 TRILLION shares?
A short position of approximately 2,624,930,000,000 shares of a stock with an OS of 70,000,000 shares.
This and investors were cheated because the rules as defined by the NASD were not applied? Why are the rules selectively enforced?
PDVP does not even begin to define a SHORT position!
