What a great hypothesis. Too few shares for the buyback. It makes a lot of sense.

PBLS is unusual as a company but also has unusual shareholders - US - firmly committed longs.

It looks to me that our firm resolve not to fall out of the tree is turning "soon" into "very soon" !!! ROFL
