ok everyone. I gotta get something off my chest here. The company DID NOT lie about the audit completion date, nor did anyone give exact dates.
Facts: Dave said in two different videos that the audit SHOULD be completed by last week of February, worst case first week of March. We as critics are holding the mans feet to the fire here of when information is going to be released, when if fact all he said is when things SHOULD be complete and/or filed. He deosn't have to say anything, but he did FOR US. The Form 10 can technically be filed tomorrow (Friday) and then they have 3 days to report a material change, which would be Monday, March 8th. AND even then or when this material information gets PR'd (after the actual filing), I believe it will be in our best interest. MZ group is a HIRED PR firm that is experienced in timing and releasing this info, way more than any of us so we need to trust the process here. If y'all are truly long term investors in this company, stop looking so short term. Set it and forget it. Like Merc said, nothing is saying a PR released today in a bloody market would do anything for us and is probably best left until the broader market is starting to see some light. Fall back on the fundamentals here, buy the dip if you can find extra coins in the cracks of your couch and know this company is going places.
