Whatever the increased locally transmitted cases and or the death rate is some of any increase would be due to the lifting of the mask ask.
If the expected increase doesn't eventuate, some percentage of the new cases/new deaths will still be attributable to the governors' actions.

If covid is still clearly dangerously around masks inside, and where distancing is difficult, should be mandatory.
Where is there any legitimate objection to cutting the risk of infecting others by your wearing a mask. There isn't one. Period.
