How is 10 billion not a generic round number? Which is the standard. Same as last time adding 5 billion to the existing 5 billion but never fully dilited it as was feared and bellyached over. Same here
If they were planing to dilute this by 10 billion shares they would be adding 20 billion to maintain a 50%+ majority share and not be left open to takeover.
Having 50% + in the treasurey is standard and normal
