I merely looked at the chart. The base seems to be around 0.14. Of course if something like a pr were released to alter the course it will either rise, on good news, or fail on bad news. I’ve bought all I am in this stock and waiting. Hopefully it will have good news to drive it up more.
Normally when insiders are buying that means something huge is on the way. Insiders don't buy unless they are for one solidifying their positions or 2 they know something is coming or both
