MCET doesn't have a license agreement with anyone. This includes Sekisui XenoTech.

If a company is using the Fa N2-4 immortalized Human Hepatocytes Cell Lines without a license agreement like Sekisui XenoTech, they are Infringing on MCET's Patent.

Regardless if it's shrink-wrapped or not

It's still MCET Patent.
