This will probably be .015 tomorrow, because below .012 this is in default again.....
as far as I can tell, this is why they let it bounce back up, and may even let it Run enough for the Algos to kick in...then they can dilute on the way up...to . 5 cents, 10 cents, 20 cents and back down if need be.
