This theory seems to cover many bases to say "Corporate's responsibility to shareholders". After all, who is going to care how shareholders get compensated as long as the compensation is considered "compensable". That's all lawyers care about honestly.
Plus I can't think of any other company(ies) that could introduce such a device/app and get it in front of ALL car manufacturers at once.
This feature could even be an "Add On" or ancillary service to the original car manufacture's "OnStar" (or whatever each company calls them) subscription service.
If your insurance provider was given "real-time" information in the event of every car injury.....it would save many a law firm's billable hours in this industry.
