cheshire, the rest is too long, your post about the HCMC\PMI case finally just sunk in to this old brain. I checked out the officers of PMI and noticed the incoming CEO was COO, and, in my opinion and I'm sure others would agree, he committed corporate suicide with his probably short-lived career, and hung PMI out to dry.
Since their home is in Europe, American judge's have no reason to side with them, plus they've literally committed murder on our soil, no jury, absolutely no jury would vote in their favor, even with a newbie attorney.
