Congrats again on WSTG. Stock was bidding $26 late in AH. Decent block on the bid too. I would have taken some profits up 25%, but maybe it goes to $30 tomorrow in this nutty market.
Q4 was an excellent quarter after several quarters with disappointing margins. But Q4 is seasonally their strongest quarter. There was a $500K+ currency gain in the quarter, which offsets the acquisition charge. And brings adjusted earnings back down to .58/share imo. Also they've got some goodwill on the balance sheet now with the acquisitions. Tangible book value near $4, so I would exclude any cash amount above that.
