I can tell you that I am 100% confident Jason few knows what he's doing. And I firmly believe he is not putting the cart in front of the horse by hiring as many people as they have and still are. Unlike his predecessor that made an announcement about hiring made an agreement with the state for repayment of a loan based on that then shortly after had to lay people off because the company was hurting so badly for money. That was a poop show to say the least. Few is way too experienced and intelligent for that. They've hired at least 40 people in the last 6 months and are still hiring 41 more at this moment. Not without the utmost confidence of more orders. As they previously stated during the conference call they're in the process of ramping up production. I'm certain there planning on keeping one year of backlog based on their run rate. they definitely do not want to work themselves out of business. We will get announcements about power purchase agreements and contracts over the next few months. I previously stayed in the same thing within the last few days projecting by the June conference call we have new projects in the pipeline. Since by then we will have completed more than half of our backlog.
