Feel your pain. Try Etrade corporate actions 800-661-4587. Heard new shares may arrive tomorrow sometime. Try calling best time right after 8 a.m. eastern, reach a representative to monitor what time actually the new shares arrive at Etrade and call you back intraday for a possible immediate individual posting to "your" account and then ask for assistance to place your order tomorrow Tuesday instead of waiting till Wednesday after the overnight system posts new shares automatically to all accounts when all can place orders online without assistance.
